Dr. Keihner is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician who has been in active full-time clinical practice for over 10 years. She is double board certified in Brain Injury Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is a Certified Life Care Planner, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As a current staff physician at a busy tertiary care medical facility for U.S. Veterans, Dr. Keihner serves patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Keihner also has daily teaching and supervisory responsibilities as part of her faculty appointment at the University of California, Irvine Dept of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Stephenson is an Associate Professor of Clinical Practice in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado. He has broad experience within the field and has served as Medical Director of Orthobiologics, Medical Director of Brain Injury, Medical Director of the Regional Amputation Center, and Medical Director of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Consultation Service. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Brain Injury Medicine, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He has a special interest in Life Care Planning for individuals with disability. Dr. Stephenson has provided medicolegal expert opinions in cases of amputation, nerve injury, spinal cord injury, brain trauma, pressure ulcer/injury, and musculoskeletal Injury.
