Sujin Lee, M.D. is a double board-certified physician in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) with expertise in non-traumatic/traumatic spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, cerebral palsy, and spina bifida. Dr. Lee completed a PMR residency and Spinal Cord Injury Medicine fellowship at University of California, Irvine. In addition, she completed a Polytrauma clinical research fellowship, and has been involved in clinical research studying functional recovery in individuals with SCI. Dr. Lee is an expert in analyzing the impact of disability from neurological conditions and related complications. She is currently in clinical practice at academic affiliated hospitals, and is an active member of national organizations offering education to trainees and physicians in the community.

Dr. McCarthy is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and sub-specialty board certified in Brain Injury Medicine. Dr. McCarthy received acupuncture training at the Helms Medical Center and is a certified Battlefield acupuncture instructor. She treats the elite special forces from the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT). Dr. McCarthy is Program Director for the University of South Florida Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Training program. She holds an academic appointment at the University of South Florida in the department of Neurology as an Associate Professor. Dr. Marissa McCarthy has served as medical director at the James A. Haley VA Polytrauma Traumatic Brain Injury inpatient unit, the Polytrauma Transitional Rehabilitation Program, and Vocational Rehab.
