Since 2007 I have been employed full time as an orthopedic surgeon at a large level 1 trauma center. I serve as the director of orthopedic trauma and have performed over 600 cases per year for 15+ years. I manage acute injuries to the upper and lower extremities surgically and non operatively and deal with the long term sequelae of these injuries including infection, nonunion, and nerve injury.
