Mr. Barrow has performed numerous forensic investigations involving structural failures, design deficiencies, faulty construction, construction pay applications, failure to disclose defects, grading issues, cladding failures, roof damage, site plans, pool leaks, water intrusion, fire, wind, subsidence, and vehicular impact.
