Additional Information: Coach Ron Johnson has 34 years experience coaching Cross Country and Track and Field at the high school, college, and elite levels. He has coached hundreds of girls and boys, understanding the training techniques necessary to prevent injuries. He has participated in many Track and Field events at the state, national, and international levels. Ron is an expert in training and competing for disabled athletes - coaching the U.S. team at the Athens Paralympic Games in 2004. He has also worked with paraplegic soldiers returning from Iraq, teaching them to walk and run with new prostheses.
