Additional Information: I have 34 years of hands-on technical experience in the traffic engineering field. I am a recognized national expert in traffic signal operation, timing, design, and construction, as well as pavement marking design, roadway signing, and work zone traffic control. However, I am not an accident reconstruction expert. I have participated in over 100 cases. I have given both live and videotaped testimony and have testified for both plaintiff and defense. I am a practicing engineer and my expert testimony work constitutes only a portion of my engineering practice.
