Additional Information: I developed and directed the Indoor Air Quality Program for the Division of Public Health, Delaware Department of Health and Social Services. I was trained an an Environmnental Toxicologist and conducted research on heavy metals, PCBs and organophosphate pesticides. I have participated in over 2,000 building investigations involving Indoor Air Quality. I have served as an expert witness including Workmen's Comp claims, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and in trials. I have published approximately 45 technical papers and lecture and teach topics related to Indoor Air Quality.
