I have served as a Special Master and independent accountant/arbitrator in numerous working capital and purchase price disputes where the application of GAAP and Seller's historical practice were in dispute. I have also supported Purchaser's and Seller's attorneys with expert opinions in the calculation of working capital and post-closing adjustments. Other areas of expertise include bankruptcy, restructuring, damages, and lost profits. In addition, I have four years of experience as an auditor.
