Additional Information: I was with OSHA for 19 years, 11 of which I was Area Director in Columbus,OH. In addition, I was with the Travelers Insurance Company for 3 years as an Engineering and Loss Control Representative inspecting fire, boiler, general insurance coverage, accident investigations,etc. I have been consulting since leaving OSHA in 1991, specializing in audits, programs, OSHA 10/30 hour training, and over 425 litigation cases involving workers compensation, intentional tort, product, and OSHA for both defense and plaintiff issues ( 70/30%).
