Dr. Maricela Schnur is a Harvard and Mayo trained interventional Pain Physician with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating patients with chronic pain conditions. She is skilled in performing a variety of interventional procedures to alleviate pain and improve quality of life for patients including epidurals, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks (cervical/thoracic/lumbar), radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulators and intrathecal pump placements. She is active in a number of professional societies and was a founding member of the Society of Women Innovators in Pain Management. She consults for device companies several times a year and teaches at cadaver courses around the country. She currently works full time at a hospital in Northern Minnesota as as interventional pain physician where she also has an administrative position as the Neuromusculoskeletal Dyad Leader at her hospital.
