I have current Architect licensure in California, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Maryland. in the past I have been prepared for trial regarding construction defects in Colorado and have been prepared by attorneys for mediation and arbitration in Colorado as well. I have a letter of reference from a few attorneys available. Involved in high end client transactions since 1983 in Denver, and since 1987 in Aspen, Colorado. Former employer the late Peter H. Dominick Jr. his father a two term U.S. Senator and Ambassador to Switzerland under President Ford. While working at his firm I completed 66 of 130 credit hours in the evening division at University of Denver College of Law and am in that way 'process oriented' and have familiarity with legal thinking. (1985-1987).
