I am a generalist otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat surgeon), who cares for children and adult, covering a wide range of diagnoses within my specialty. I excel at being able to explain complicated medical issues in a way that patients can understand. I host a podcast, Physician's Guide to Doctoring, which is a personal and professional development podcast for physicians. I interview experts on a wide range of topics, many of which are to help physicians be better communicators, and in doing so, have come to excel at patient interactions. I also lecture medical students, residents and fellows about ear, nose and throat issues, as well as professional development lectures for graduating medical students.
