I was born and raised in Rochester, MI and at 17yo joined the U.S. Navy as a Aviation Electrician's Mate, once promoted to E-6 I began my college studies towards Nursing. When I graduated with my BSN, I was commissioned into the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps. I retired from the Navy in 2016 and completed my MSN in Nursing Education. I worked as Faculty in the academia setting but I still enjoy working clinically as a L&D nurse. My many skills include, diversely talented, focused, driven, team-player, natural leader, highly-skilled Educator.
