Amy Natoli is an award-winning Property Management expert with over twenty years of hands-on experience managing commercial real estate properties. She is experienced in standards of care, budgeting and asset management, lease administration, property inspections, parking garage maintenance and inspections, vendor and contract management, life safety systems compliance, and risk management. She is active with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), serving nationally as a Governing Councillor and as Chairperson of the Instructor Advisory Council.
