Dr. Ovais Inamullah and Dr. Abhi Kapuria are co-founders of Neurology Legal Consulting INC. Both physicians hold double board certifications: Dr. Kapuria in Clinical-Neurophysiology and Dr. Inamullah in Vascular Neurology. Their training includes residencies and fellowships at Duke University Hospital. As active clinicians, they specialize in acute neurological emergencies, including stroke, hemorrhage, seizures, head injuries, migraines, neuroinflammation, and spinal cord issues. Proficient in advanced diagnostic techniques and technologies, they provide comprehensive, evidence-based reports and opinions on topics such as causation, liability, damages, prognosis, and standard of care. Dr. Inamullah is a board-certified neurologist and vascular neurologist who completed his residency and fellowship at Duke University Hospital, where he gained expertise in the management of acute stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, and cerebrovascular diseases. He has contributed to several publications in journals such as Neurocritical Care, Journal of Stroke and Cerebrovascular Diseases, and Journal of Neurology. He has also been recognized for his outstanding clinical performance and leadership skills by the Duke Neurology Department and the WellStar Kennestone Hospital. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Stroke Association, the Neurocritical Care Society, and the Society of Vascular and Interventional Neurology. Dr. Kapuria is a board-certified neurologist and clinical neurophysiologist who graduated from Emory University School of Medicine in 2016. He completed his residency and fellowship at Duke University Hospital, where he was involved in several clinical trials and research projects on stroke and epilepsy. He has also received awards for his excellence in teaching and mentoring from the American Academy of Neurology and the Duke Neurology Department. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Stroke Association, the American Epilepsy Society, and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. As active clinicians,they manage patients with acute neurological emergencies including stroke, hemorrhage, seizures, head injury, migraine, neuroinflammation, and spinal cord issues. They work in a wide variety of environments including from emergency to inpatient to critical care settings and proficient in using advanced techniques and technologies for diagnosis, treatment, and prognostication of neurological disorders. They provide comprehensive, evidence-based reports and opinions on topics such as causation, liability, damages, prognosis, and standard of care.
