Jeff Goldshine, Principal of Goldshine Management Consulting, LLC is a Certified Property Manager, (CPM) and an accomplished multifamily executive who has served in the real estate industry as a property/asset management professional. For thirty two years, he has been the senior property management officer for various organizations serving in a variety of roles ranging from President, COO, Partner and Executive/Senior VIce President. Throughout his career, he has managed over 70,000 units and worked with owners, developers, property management providers, REITs, and others on a wide range of management issues. He has achieved a successful track record of the creation and enhancement of start-up property management companies resulting in exceeding financial expectations and the creation of positive work cultures. He specializes in maximizing the value of real estate and its people, and is known in the industry as a proactive visionary and proponent of new multifamily products and solutions. Jeff brings a perspective based on facts, industry norms, and experience to his role as an expert witness.
