Dr. Phillips is an Clinical Associate Professor of emergency medicine practicing in Philadelphia, PA. She achieved her B.S. at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Brain and Cognitive Sciences. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and completed her medical school and Emergency Medicine Residency training at Vanderbilt University.
