As an insurance instructor, he teaches continuing education & certification classes for the CIC, CISR, and CRIS programs. Daniel is a good communicator (BA in Journalism and English) combined with an extensive background in insurance. He served as President of the IIABAZ (Arizona Agents Association) and has worked on the Arizona insurance licensing exam. Daniel has served as an expert witness for many years with plaintiffs and defendants, reviewing insurance agent standard of care, claims handling, policy and coverage reviews, and bad faith/unfair claim practices.

David has been a licensed practicing insurance producer for 39 years. He understands the reasonable care, skill and diligence from not only academia but experience.
