Dr. Lille graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA from Cal-Berkeley and received his MD from the University of Arizona. Dr. Lille performed his three-year Residency in General Surgery at the University of Washington, where he was also a Research Fellow in the Department of Vascular Surgery. He completed his Residency in Plastic Surgery, which also included a Plastic Burn Fellowship, at Southern Illinois University Medical Center. An Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship Specializing in Cosmetic Surgery took Dr. Lille to the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale where, following his aesthetic fellowship, he served as an associate in the Department of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Lille has a busy, successful private practice in Scottsdale focusing solely on cosmetic surgery. He is a Board member on the Medial Ethics Committee of a ambulatory Surgery Center and serves as a consultant for the Arizona Medical Board. Dr. Baughman is American board-certified plastic surgeon, Faculty of the American College of Surgeons, Independent Medical Reviewer, FAA designated Aviation Medical Examiner, and has received years of plastic surgery training in comprehensive plastic surgical and nonsurgical care of the face, breast, and body. Following in the footsteps of his parents and older brothers, Dr. Baughman started his higher education at Kansas State University where he was mentored by distinguished professor and accomplished lipid biologist Dr. Ruth Welti. Dr. Baughman graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biology. I have served as an expert witness/consultant in plastic surgery for the Department of Health/Florida Board of Medicine since 2008, reviewing both reconstructive and cosmetic cases. I have extensive experience with Medical Staff issues, and have been on Medical Executive Committees for most of my 29 years of practice. I have served as Chief of Staff, Vice Chief of Staff, and Secretary/treasurer of the Medical Staff, as well as Behavioral Committee Chair and Medical Review Committee chair. I have extensive Medical Staff Bylaws experience, serving as Bylaws Chair at two separate hospitals for many years. I performed a fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery at Washington University in St Louis, after completing both general surgery and plastic surgery residencies. I am Board Certified in Plastic Surgery and actively participate in MOC for Plastics, and was Board Certified in General Surgery (though no longer keep the General Surgery Boards active).
