After completing my chief residency in Chicago, IL in 2001, I worked in a small group practice in Chicago for a few years before moving back home to the Boston area in 2004. I have been at my current practice (just north of Boston) since November 2004 and have won various teaching awards, received a medical appointment to Harvard Medical School where I taught there for ten years (2006-2016) and was a preceptor for medical students from Brigham & Women's Hospital (Boston) and PA students from Northeastern University. Teaching medicine is my passion and advocating for my diverse patient population (ranging in age from 18 to 101) motivates me to be the best physician I can be. My clinical experience has helped me build a robust medical practice and I strongly believe I can help people navigate and make sense of medical complexities as they tie into legal concerns. Gregory Mulcahy is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He is licensed to practice in the state of Missouri. He completed his Otolaryngology residency at Duke University Medical Center. He has 24 years post residency experience in Veterans Administration, Academic, and Private Practice He is currently employed by the ENT Clinic at Liberty Hospital, Liberty Missouri.

Dr Graf has been practicing medicine in the field of Diabetes and clinical Endocrinology for over 40 years. He is highly experienced in the management of patients with diabetes and various endocrine disorders. These include patients with Type I and type 2 diabetes, and diseases of the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, parathyroid and reproductive glands. He also treats other metabolic disorders such as obesity, osteoporosis, hypoglycemia and hypercalcemia. Dr. Graf is currently an active member of the American Diabetes Association and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE). Dr. Graf enjoys teaching. He speaks frequently to the local medical community on the management of diabetes and other endocrine disorders. He also teaches students and residents of the local medical school rotate through his clinic.
