• Sub-surface utility management, where my focus is on damage prevention laws, the investigation process for utility strikes or damages, and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). In 2021, I published a book in collaboration with Mr. Louis Panzer, the director of North Carolina 811, titled “Underground Utilities for Construction Practitioners and Homeowners.”
In addition to my wealth of experience, I am a certified professional construction engineer (PE), an OSHA-authorized trainer, and an Associate DBIA™ certified. I also volunteer on numerous local and national committees.
